Responsibilities

  • Acting as the point of contact between the founders and external stakeholders
  • Screening and directing phone calls 
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Taking notes during meetings
  • Conducting research
  • Various ad hoc requests and projects


Requirements

  • Experience as Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in Danish and English
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
